Harvest Time

As you can see from the photo to the right, I harvested my AeroGarden herbs tonight after a good weekend of growth. I got a lot of Italian Basil and quite a bit of mint (my two favorites from my current selection). It’s nice that I can get fresh herbs even though we got a frost last night. Ah, the wonders of eco-technology.
